🎓 You are a bachelor or masters student in HR / psychology / business management and are looking for an internship of at least 3 months and up to 6 months (flexible start date). 🔠 You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is optional 🎯 You have great interpersonal skills and have a natural business flair. ✨ Your perseverance, and thoroughness will be your best assets to succeed in your missions. 👌 Autonomous and gifted with excellent communication skills, you want to fully invest yourself in a company that puts people first!

As part of Extia Ingénierie's growth in Brussels, we are looking for a new "gem" to complete our HR team.

YOUR MISSIONS

Trained and coached by your direct manager, you will work autonomously through all stages of the recruitment process for our engineering consultants:

  • Cooperate with the sales team to clearly define the required profiles. Identify the best talents via LinkedIn, jobboards, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and motivation based on our criteria.
  • Lead in-depth interviews with engineers to identify their technical skills, understand their career goals, and pinpoint their key motivations.
  • Provide candidate support throughout the entire process, from the first call to hiring and their first steps within the company.
  • Contribute to various initiatives such as employer branding and internal event planning.
