Our training offer is based on the 70/20/10 learning program:

70%

We learn 70% by doing something. The content and relevance of the assignments are crucial. At Extia Engineering, a monthly barometer allows us to measure employee satisfaction and the interest in their assignments. We strive to promote professional mobility and internal promotions. As a result, changing assignments and geographic mobility are made easier across all our agencies.

20%

20% of what we learn comes from our peers. The Extians are spread all over France, but who cares? No matter where they work or where they are based, it is essential to encourage interaction between employees. Business Communities have been set up to enable Extians to meet up and exchange ideas. Devoted to technical, cross-disciplinary or sector-specific topics, the Business Communities are an opportunity to learn in a different way. Extia Engineering has also developed a mentoring system, enabling senior consultants to support more junior consultants.

10%

10% of what we learn are the result of theoretical training. We offer all Extians the opportunity to take unlimited courses via Linkedin Learning. In addition to external and certification training, RUBIX, the training offer by Extia, also includes onboarding courses, business campuses and continuous training, to give all Extians the opportunity to fully develop in their jobs.

Trained Extian

I took two in-house training courses at Extia Engineering, and really appreciated the format, which combined theory and practice. The content of the courses was also extremely valuable, as it corresponded in every way to our expectations. The trainers were competent and always available to answer our questions, even after our training, which meant that we could continue to practise and improve what we had learned... In other words, this was a real sharing of knowledge in a relaxed setting that proved to be very effective!

What was my challenge during the mentoring sessions? Understanding the business and issues encountered by my mentors in order to help them develop the right technical skills. After the sessions, I'm always available to answer their questions.
