Extia Engineering was founded in 2022 following a spin-off from Extia, with the aim of supporting its partners in the industrial sector through a dedicated structure tailored to their needs. Backed by 19 years of experience and convinced that well-being at work generates performance, Extia Engineering aims to collaborate with partners who share its values, to co-create the engineering of tomorrow — in line with its CSR commitments.
First who, then what!
"First who, then what" is the essence of Extia Engineering. Everything we do starts with the "who", the individual, his aspirations and skills, and from there we work together to build a meaningful project with added value for both the new Extian and our company. We are convinced that choosing the best partners and fostering open communication in the workplace is better than having a strategy and then recruiting people who won't follow it.

Faced with today's environmental challenges, we have a role to play and want to adopt a sustainable approach to engineering.
