Founded in 2022 by Loic, HR consultant and avid gamer, Extia Gaming is a community of more than 700 video gamers who meet regularly to play together.
Spread across our agencies, the Extia Gaming community continues to grow!
In 2024, more than 230 events were organized around different games throughout the year, including Extia Gaming's major 24-hour solidarity event, which brought together nearly 300 players for a noble cause: supporting inclusion and solidarity gaming.

The world is changing and so is the business ecosystem. What if, instead of just training for a job, we also learned how to learn and develop our skills? Extia Engineering is involved in the education of the next generation, advocating new learning models and devising new tools to help young people enter the job market.
Sharing memories is an important part of our culture: it's not just about creating memories with Extians, but with all the partners who work with Extia Engineering. Forums, workshops, inter-school competitions, recruitment buzz and Open Extia are just a few of the many events designed to strengthen our relationship with students and promote our company culture. Our goal? To create unique and engaging events that encourage employees to look beyond people's CVs.

These institutions are diverse and complementary, in keeping with our philosophy of "first who, then what".
