The initiatives project
A great company to work for is also one that cares about its impact on the world. Our CSR strategy was developed in collaboration with Extians and resulted in the Initiatives Project. Mighty oaks from little acorns grow, right? Each of us can make a difference and help create a better world.

The world is changing and so is the business ecosystem. What if, instead of just training for a job, we also learned how to learn and develop our skills? Extia Engineering is involved in the education of the next generation, advocating new learning models and devising new tools to help young people enter the job market.
Sharing memories is an important part of our culture: it's not just about creating memories with Extians, but with all the partners who work with Extia Engineering. Forums, workshops, inter-school competitions, recruitment buzz and Open Extia are just a few of the many events designed to strengthen our relationship with students and promote our company culture. Our goal? To create unique and engaging events that encourage employees to look beyond people's CVs.
Our network of partner schools We work with a wide network of partners, including engineering schools, business schools, and universities. These institutions are diverse and complementary, in keeping with our philosophy of "first who, then what". We seek to build long-lasting relationships with them to support students as they shape their careers.
