The Extia Group took part in the Great Place To Work® survey for 14 years and, in 2025 Extia is, once again, the Best Workplaces® in France!
A tool for continuous improvement
Even in a Great Place To Work, not all things are perfect. Every year, we ask our employees to take part in the continuous improvement process. And since the world around us is so uncertain, it is up to people to find simple and effective solutions to adapt, and it’s up to Extia Engineering to provide them with a stimulating and rewarding professional environment. It’s quite perfect because this is the strategy we adopt on a daily basis with our "First who, then what" approach.

Since our creation, we are proud to have maintained a high level of employee satisfaction. The Great Place To Work survey enables us to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, but also to plan and implement the necessary actions. The creation of the Business Communities, the RUBIX training program and the Initiatives Project are prime examples of this.
